Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

Question Kunena Poll does not work

Kunena Poll does not work was created by kboth
I wanted to post a poll on our Kunena forum. Polls are enabled.
When I create a new topic, there is no 'Poll' icon; instead, I see a row of empty icons and, at the end – when I hover over it with the mouse – 'Comm_Kunena_sceditor_Command_insert_poll'. See Screenshot 1.png. When I click on that, I can enter a title and options, but it isn’t saved.

Thank you very much. I carried out this initial test on my test system. Apart from the fact that there is no image on the button, creating a poll there worked fine. I was just confused because the poll isn’t displayed until you’ve submitted the topic. I then found that in the documentation. I find that inconvenient, especially as you can’t make any corrections either...
In the production system, it looks normal, meaning the button does have the icon. Otherwise, it works exactly the same in PROD as it does in TEST.
(My test system is a copy (using Akeeba) of the PROD system. -- My main focus was actually on testing the update to PHP 8.5—first in TEST, then in PROD
)
