This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.
I have used Kunena for about ten years. Over that time I have kept Joomla and Kunena up to date with only minor issues. Today I attempted to update from 6.3.10 to 6.4.8 and it did no go well. My whole Koomla 5 site has gone down with hundreds of "Creation of dynamic property Kunena\Forum\Libraries\Config\KunenaConfig::${social/Twitter/image etc} is deprecated" type errors being displayed. I cannot get to any part of my front end, nor the Kunena section of the backend. Attempting to upgrade the language pack gives an "Invalid extension" error.
Reverting to PHP8.1 fixes it but that is not a good solution. How can I fix this?

Thanks. I rolled back tp php 8.1 so that i could access the kunena back end. I visited dashboard, config and tools sections. After I went back to php 8.3 the same errors occured and I could no longer access either the front end or the kunena dashboard. I'll try that procedure again though.
Tried once more and are still thousands of error messages but they are all copies of these two:

Yes, I know that. Press the space bar after the installation to scroll all the way down. You will then see the menu and can call the Kunena Dashboard.
Scroll down again and you should see messages such as Database upgraded to version xxxx.
Then refresh your browser and the messages should be gone.
Important! Always create a backup before you make any changes to your website!
I do not see any database upgrade messages. Visiting the Kunena dashboard and refreshing the browser (and clearing cache and cookies) the page renders but with 11 of the previously noted error messages. 9 "images", 2 "twitter"
I reinstalled from a fresh download but no change.
