gindi, if you
read
the problem description carefully, I wouldn't have to suggest that you don't give technically incorrect advice. Believe me, there is no need to try to appear smarter than you are.

Hmmm... I'm not getting an answer to this question from Kunena development team members for the second time. As shown above, the problem occurs with other users as well. Can you tell me what is the reason for ignoring my question?

I am sorry that I have not answered, but unfortunately I do not know the solution. This is certainly not the answer you are expecting. That is why I thought it better not to answer.

Hi Rich. But if users have a technical problem, it should be resolved? Or perhaps I am wrong?

Yes, problems need to be solved. But I've never faced such a problem, so I don't even know if it's Kunena, or server settings.
The forum was originally meant for users to help each other. Unfortunately, that is very rarely the case and so it is left to us to respond. I help everyone as much as I can, but every now and then I reach the limit of my knowledge.
I hope someone will come forward who can help you with this problem.
