Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics must relate to a currently supported version of Kunena. If you are unsure what is the current supported version of Kunena, please go to the download page.

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

Maybe I should brick or delete Kunena from Joomla and start over, I'm currently using Joomla 3.10 and need to upgrade to Joomla 4.x.x So is there anyway to salvage some of the Kunena site? My plan is to update Joomla then reinstall Kunena's latest version. While doing so I will probably delete Kunena. Maybe I should delete Kunena now and first upgrade Joomla then reinstall and start all over again? I don't have much faith in Kunena and maybe should search for a different Forum software.

You have to decide that for yourself. Just so, the errors were not produced by Kunena because it does not create wrong menu items in other menus.

Kunena is easy to migrate, but you have to follow the steps exactly, otherwise you will have problems again. docs.kunena.org/en/basics/upgrade/upgrade-k6-0
