Merged Kunena 2.0.3 Problem with display username in Quote block in UTF-8 non English

Using htmlspecialchars() without extra parameters isn't safe in PHP 5.2.

Can you guys try to change parameters of the function instead:

htmlspecialchars($default, ENT_COMPAT, 'UTF-8')

I update Kunena from 2.0.1 to 2.0.3. I have the incorrect display the authors quotes now, if their username contains Cyrillic.
Example: СеÑ�гей Ð�иÑ�Ñ�оÑ�анов пишет:

Russian message is correct and russian username above avatar is correct, but username above quote is the variety of strange characters.

Where is the problem? How to fix this? Help...

I understand that the solution for this issue has been included in K 2.0.4.
