Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

If you are having problems then, for your own benefit, it would save us all a lot of time if you would kindly post your configuration report when you ask for help from this forum. If you do not post your configuration report we will not ask you for it but you will probably not get your problem solved, either.

K 2.0 support will cease on 31 August 2013 and this section of the forum will be closed and archived after that time and no further questions will be answered about this version.

missing link in "Who Is Online" section

in 1.7.2. was a link to "Who Is Online". you can saw the user that watch topics...

in 2.0 there is no link...

in 1.7.2. was a link to "Who Is Online". you can saw the user that watch topics...

Feature was removed from K2.0 as it was broken in the first place (very old code, which didn't really work).

Not sure if I am missing something. In 1.7.2 second part of the pathway included topic name (number of users viewing topic) and names of users viewing the topic.
As far as I can see this is not present anymore. It was really helpful when two moderators were looking at the same question to avoid duplicate answers.

The ability to "see" who was "currently viewing a topic" was configurable in K 1.7 with the setting

Forum Configuration » Security » Security Settings » Show Online Users = No

This issue has been discussed many times over the past couple of years, for example: The feature that existed in K 1.7 has been removed from K 2.0 for the reasons mentioned in the above two discussion topics.
