"Patching up" these kinds of Joomla issues is not really easy to give detailed instructions in a web-based discussion forum setting. It's also not appropriate for this forum which is about advising people who have issues with Kunena; we do not have the same resources as the Joomla forum which may be able to give you better advice more quickly.
If you know your way around Joomla ACL management then it's probably not too difficult to set things up the right way but I confess I've never done what you've done and broken Joomla ACL to the extent that it requires advanced knowledge and expertise to repair the damage.
Another suggestion is to engage a professional Joomla expert to repair the damage for you.
These are all valid options that I would be looking at, if I was in your shoes. The option that you choose to use is the one that you're best able to afford in terms if time waiting for a solution. To be totally honest with you (writing as a person who has built many hundreds of Joomla websites ... and made thousands of mistakes along the way), I would seriously consider "biting the bullet, cutting my losses, and starting over. Re-doing a website, salvaging as much as you could from the work that you've already done, is not the end of the world. You would probably have the job done within a couple of days.

There are several ways that you can do this. You could restore your site from a backup you made before your removed these things (but I'm guessing you don't have that backup). You could also start all over again and, probably, in less than two hours you would have a perfectly functioning website with a Kunena forum, but it's also my guess that you don't really want to do that, either.yorkino wrote: How do i do that?

I empathise with your situation but I must repeat: this is not a problem caused by Kunena and, you could reinstall K 2.0.4 as many times as you like (and you would not lose any forum settings or content) but you will not resolve this issue until you repair your Joomla installation and put things back the way that they should be.
I'm sorry but I have never found myself in your exact situation. Theoretically it should not be too difficult a problem to resolve but I do not want to make matters any worse for you by interfering with the operations of your live website. Our job as forum moderators is not necessarily to fix every problem that we read (or recover from the mistakes that people have made) but is rather to point people in the direction where they can help themselves to find an efficient and effective solution.
In all honesty this forum, and those who contribute to it, cannot possible address these difficult Joomla issues and resolve them for you.
This is a Joomla issue; this is not a Kunena issue. But, perhaps if you are prepared to wait, another member of this community may be interested in offering you some different options that may be worth considering.
