hello. I have a serious problem with my forum. I messed up with the usergroups and modified and deleted the default ones, however public and registered seem to be working fine. But when i try to promote a member to Global moderator it still shows the colour as if he is a Site Administrator. And if i promote him to moderator it is the same thing, it shows the administrator colour. But the banned, member and guest colours are working fine. I just messed up with the global moderator , moderator and site administrator group. how cani fix this? I cant reinstall joomla because i need the contenti've got posted there and i dont want to reinstall the database. Please give me a solution thanks

This is basically a Joomla issue. Problems can happen if people change Joomla's ACL groups and remove the "default" groups created for you for you when you install Joomla. This topic may be helpful: [Merged topic] every new user has Administrator rights

i still couldnt find the solution. i just want to reset the usergroups im quiet sure it will be fixed then.that problem is diffrent that only works for problems with users registering with admin permissions. in my case its diffrent. in my case the users register correctly as normal users, but if i promote them to moderator, they get Site Administrator permissions, because i messed up the default groups. i'd like away to reset all the groups to the default state. or any help to do this. or a screenshot of the default so i can recreate the groups and hopefully it fixes.

Did you try putting the normal/"standard"/"default" Joomla ACL user types back?

how do i do that?
And im 100% sure that if i restore the ACL Groups it will be fixed. I just need a way to do it without full reinstall it. please provide me a screen of ACL groups of a working kunena forum so ican manually readd them
