Question Question...

Hi Guys there is a bug in Fireboard, just wondering in Kunena has it as well?
If I am NOT logged, I get emails when users post. Also, when I DO log in, I get to see the new post flags.

On fireboard when stay logged in for 24 hours at a time, I will not

a. recieve an email when users post and
b. I don't get to see a new post flag.

What I'd like to know is if Kunena also has this 'bug'.

For example. If I stay logged in from now on, and you would post a reply to this topic, I would not know you had, cause I do not receive a new post email or get to see a new post flag.

On the other hand, if I log off RIGHT now, and you would post your answer, 3 seconds AFTER I logged out, I do get a new post flag the next time I log in, as do I get a new post email message.

Both the Joomla setting and the Kunena setting for "session time" will affect the result.

So what your saying is Kunena has this bug as well due to the Joomla Session time?

I'm not saying that this is a bug, to me it sounds like a feature. And that the answer to your question depends on the setting on your site.
