Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hi,

there was at Fireboard in MyProfile -> Look and Layout
a Parameter:
Prefered Viewtype: Flat or Thread (at least, with default_ex).

Is there this parameter in Kunena?

Threaded view is removed from Kunena 1.0.8 because of to many bugs in it.

Does kunena team intend to realise this option?

If yes, make it please as a new tab "Flat or Thread "(near Categories), and not as a "MyProfile -> Look and Layout" parameter.
Otherwise it is not possible to use profiles of CB together with this option.

As has been stated, threaded view was removed as it was broken and had never properly worked in Fireboard.

Down the track (not sure when but no time soon) i think they might plan on bringing threaded view back..
still wish that i can write my forum signature through a jomsocial plugin and do it from my jomsocial profile :(
