Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Question Upgrade to native joomla 1.5 ?

Once there will be native support for joomla 1.5 will I be able to upgrade my kunena 1.0.8. forum to that version and disabling the legacy plugin and keep all forum data (posts, user etc.)?

I can't answer for the developers, but I (and many others, I guess) would be very supriced if the upgrade didn't care about your data and/or involve mutch manually moving of data. Consider the excellent update tools already available for any version prior to Kunena 1.0.8 I think you can expect the update to Joomla 1.5 native to be smooth! B)

Yes, not only that, but it msy hsppen that our next release doesn't even need uninstall of previous one, but that is still WIP

But for sure you will be upgraded seamesly from 1.0.8/1.0.9 to 1.5
