Question Can't unlock forums

Unlocked. Didn't even catch that. So that is not the problem then. Does the pruning function even work?

The colors seem counter-intuitive to me. Red would imply they are locked. Never mind.

However, the pruning function does not work. That is the biggest problem. Can I manually delete the old messages somewhere?

What do you mean it doesn't work? As far as deleting messages you can delete messages right from the forum itself.

Tested: pruning works

Forum pruned for 2 days; Deleted:2 threads

But i had to do a category-recount to show the correct number of topics and replys in category-list.

Maybe I'm not understanding pruning then. If I go to the admin panel and choose to prune forums that have no new messages for 30 days, it goes through the motions and then says it did not prune any messages. Yet we have old messages on the forums from more than 30 days ago. I expected it would delete these old messages. No?

I don't know how you did this. I tried it with every forum and always got the result that 0 threads were pruned.
