Hi,

First of all, I want to say sorry for my level of English. I know that it isn't good. However, I hope you can understand me well.

Some users notified to me that they recieve one e-mail for EVERY post that anyone does in my forum. However, they say that they are not subscribed to any post.

Do you know how to stop this?

Thanks in advance,

Pau

What is your setting (backend) in section "user related", second last field "subscription"?

(Not 100% sure about the field label, I'm not on an English Kunena install.)

Visit the Kunena documantation .

I have both "Allow Subscriptions" set to "No" and Post subscription checked by default it's also set to "No", so it seems like a bug :S

Sorry for the double reply. I have mor information about the problem, it seems that all the moderators (only the moderators) recieve a notification for every post in the forum. Is it any way to deactivate this? Please, for me it's a big problem because we have a high number of messages and the e-mails are extremely full :S
