Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I have only one category in my entire forum. That's all I expect to have.

For that reason, there is a wasted click for users to have to click into that category to post a new message.

Is there a way that I can set my default page instead to open up the list of topics within that one single category?

I've tried to set up an 'external' link from my main joomla menu to:

http : //example_forum.com/example_category.html?func=showcat&catid=2

But I get a 404 error I suppose because there needs to be a live link to the forum from a menu or the forum will not function. I've even tried to create a hidden menu using the same alias, but that didn't work either.

Any ideas?
