The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Hi.. I'm not sure how to do this.. or if it's very simple. But I need the Kunena Forum to have a separate login than the site wide login.
I'm making a site for someone who is selling computer repair dvds. Once they've purchased the product they can then register on the forum (with same info) but need them to be stored differently. Am I making sense?
The client doesn't want forum access unless he's sure that person has purchased the dvd.
Will there be a record for purchasing a product? If yes, you can add some code to entry point of Kunena (kunena.php) where you will check that record and let the user see forum only if he has bought something.
