Question Sync button not available

I just installed Kunena 1.0.8, it installed cleanly and seems to be working perfectly. After going through the documentation on syncing users I went to do that and after accessing the Synchronize Users section was unable to locate the Sync button in the top left corner as talked about in the docs.( docs.kunena.com/index.php/Synchronizing_users )

So I am looking for more information about the Sync process, is it syncing with Joomla users registered on my site (that is what I am assuming), does the process begin automatically when I press the Synchronize Users button on the control panel, does the button only appear when their are user to sync, is the proper button simply not there, or is it working properly and I simply misunderstand how it works?

I would rather not have to reinstall the component as this is the only feature that appears not to be working. Any info to point me in the right direction would be great.

K never mind, I think it is working properly and I just misunderstood. It seems to be working properly, but I am still confused by the sync button in that the doc section mentions.
