Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hi there,

I know that we can give rights to access a specific forum for Registered, Author, Editor, etc..., However is there any possibility to give access to a forum only to few people, instead of a complete group from Joomla?

no i dont think so at this stage.

You need to vote for it on UserVoice
still wish that i can write my forum signature through a jomsocial plugin and do it from my jomsocial profile :(

Just of out curiosity, if you make a part of the forum only available to Managers, can others see it as well?

If you make it available only for Managers, only users above that rank will be allowed to see the forum.

I just tested it with a group of forum moderators-- making them publishers and managers and only they can see the private forum for moderators...so it works! Thanks :)
