Prior to posting please check for documentation. A lot of people spent a lot of time to compile this.

Thanks, that worked a treat. However I'm trying to create another module on a website that only has 50 positions, all the positions are taken up. I'm not using debug so is it okay to replace that with the module I want?

What do you mean by replace it? As far as it being alright or not it's your template. Noting really to do with Kunena.

I want place add Google ads on a Kunena Forum. It is still on a 1.0x platform and I've got no module positions left, so I want to know whether I can delete a module position I'm not using and replace it with one that can be used for Google ads?
I appreciate that my question is not directly related to Kunena. Probably a good reason for adding a section on this forum for general Joomla related questions. Because in many cases like mine, to get Kunena working the way you want it, you have to make changes on the main Joomla website.

That seemed to work okay, just deleted a module position I didn't want and replaced it with the one for the forum and all is well.
