Question Setting/adding Rules content

Anyone help with this?

I want some rules, you know the things that (most) all of us ignore.

I am setting up a forum, Kunena 1.08, and I note that there is a TAB that says RULES on it.

Can anyone tell me how I can access this through the backend? I have a draft doc with the usual don't swear, call folk bad things, question their intelligence etc. How do I add this information, so that it can be seen/ignored by users?

Scratched my head for a while ( I looked more closely), I think that I can see in the backend admin how you turn Rules and Help tabs off.

Or add the content through a page on the site, or an external address.
Sorry for prematurely posting, however any other suggestions gratefully received. (apart from RTFM) Sorry.

I played with various settings, I can turn on / off the Rules tab.

I cannot get any content to appear on the page. How?

Enable Rules Page = YES

If set to "Yes" a link to your rules page will be shown in the header menu. THIS WORKS

Show rules in Kunena = NO
If set to "Yes" rules content text will be include in Kunena and the external Rules page link will be disabled. Note: You should add a Rules Content ID. STUCK HERE! How do I make my rules appear here if I select YES?

I can get an external page to appear, but I want it in a NEW separate window. How?

Rules Content ID = 1 You should set "YES" "Show rules in Kunena" setting

I have tried the above, but see no rules, but as I can't see how/where the content goes I'm not surprised.

Please can anyone point me in the right dir? I've read all the information I can find but am still against a wall.
