Question What files do I need to change?

I would like to add some of the fields that are in my Joomla profiles to migrate into Kunena when I do a user sync. Could some one list the files I would need to change to accomplish this?

The Kunena "user synch" function isn't used for the purpose you've asked about. In fact, the Kunena user profiles aren't used for the purpose you've asked about.

A common misconception about Kunena is that it's a community management tool, like Community Builder or JomSocial. It isn't. As with many other Joomla extensions, Kunena needs to "know" something about who can use the facility, what preferences they might have (e.g. personal signatures, message ordering) but, unlike other extensions, Kunena also carries some "personal" information (e.g. date of birth, gender) if users want to enter those details themselves. Such "extra" information isn't passed/synchronised between other profiling systems.

The synchronisation feature that you refer to merely ensures that for each Joomla user there is a corresponding Kunena user record. Where Kunena user records exist without a corresponding Joomla user record, the Kunena records are deleted. Where Kunena user records don't exist for which there exist Joomla user records, they are created and, in creating these Kunena user records, only the most basic information is copied from the Joomla user profiles. That's all there is to synchronisation.

If, however, you want to ignore the Kunena user profiles and integrate the Kunena forum product with a different management system (like Community Builder or JomSocial) that's your prerogative ... but it's an entirely different question.

I'm not sure you understand what I was trying to do but the Summery area is where everyone sees when they look at your profile.
