I started long ago with kunena 1.5.x which still had fb-named tables. Can I safely remove these from my database? I'm now on kunena 1.6.3
I also think that there are quite a few files and folders which still relate tot fb or prior upgrades from kunena that I might remove manually.
Who can help me with this please.

You are using an old module or something (looks like it involves pending messages (?)) leftover from a previous version. Uninstall whatever it was.

Sorted it

I now find that also includes and ICON or MODULES in Administration Module Manager like = Kunena Show Manager Icon

Replied by iLucato on topic _fb_tables can I delete?
Hi folks, that I remind, I have never installed FireBoard, but I think at some time Kunena (1.5.12) used the tables as _fb_something and I wonder if I can delete safely all tables as _fb_ or Kunena 1.6 still use them?

Here are the tables names to be deleted, I have all them "duplicated" as _kunena_something:

_fb_announcement
_fb_attachments
_fb_categories
_fb_config
_fb_config_backup
_fb_favorites
_fb_groups
_fb_messages
_fb_messages_text
_fb_moderation
_fb_ranks
_fb_sessions
_fb_smileys
_fb_subscriptions
_fb_users
_fb_version (1.5.12)

Thanks

To cut it short; Yes you can delete those tables if you use K1.6.x

Hi

I just had a look on my database tables and found that there are still some old Firebook tables (fb_announcement etc.).
Is it safe to delete them because I think they are not used by Kunena and a copy of the tables with Kunena prefix are present in my database?
Are the images and files still stored in the images/fbfiles directory?

Best regards

Onki
