Kunena 7.0.8 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.8 [K 7.0.8] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised third-party extensions (e.g. JomSocial, Community Builder, etc.) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, the ideas in these topics may not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

I selected the new addon in Kunena to activate the JomSocial feed but it does not appear to be working.

yep, not working for me either. it may be because you need to search for rules in jomsocial first and then publish those plugins but have not tested it and at this stage dont want to enable this plugins until i get a script to run that awards points to people who have already posted in the forum previously.
still wish that i can write my forum signature through a jomsocial plugin and do it from my jomsocial profile :(

JomSocial integration works in Kunena.com -- so the issue must been with JomSocial version. Did this work in K1.5.9 for you?

I believe that the feature has never worked in JomSocial 1.5: it has been made for JS 1.6. Am I right?

I am running Jomsocial 1.6.288 (the latest at time of writing) and K1.5.10
still wish that i can write my forum signature through a jomsocial plugin and do it from my jomsocial profile :(

Hello,

In Kunena 1.5.10 the jomsocial activity stream is disabled by default, you can enable it in kunena configuration panel.
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

I understand that it is disabled by default, but I have changed it to be enabled in the backend of kunena and it still doesnt work.
