Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised third-party extensions (e.g. JomSocial, Community Builder, etc.) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, the ideas in these topics may not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

The sh404SEF URL for the main menu item is 'support.html' and its real URL is 'index.php?option=com_kunena&Itemid=332&lang=en'
You are correct about /support/ instead of /forum/, I was just trying to make it easier to understand.
EDIT:
I don't think it is an Itemid bug, the proper main menu item is always properly selected.

i am not using any SEF plugins at the moment, just a joomla built-in SEF turned on in global configuration.

I'm sorry, steel, you're not having much success today, are you? This discussion is about problems introduced when people use the sh404SEF extension. That doesn't apply to you, does it? I also see that you've asked the same question elsewhere:

Steel, please go make your own thread. Your problem has nothing to do with the title of this thread and I still haven't received a solution to my problem. Thank you.
EDIT: Didn't notice page 2 of this thread...thanks sozzled.
But ya, I still have bad URLs.
