Important In dire need of support !! My Discussions tab fatal error

First I would recommend you upgrade Joomla to the latest 1.5.12

1.5.9 is fairly out of date and contains several critical exploits.

What other components are you running. Have you tried disabling them one by one to see what could case the issue?

I have done further testing on Joomla 1.5.11 & 12 with Kunena 1.5.4 and Jomsocial 1.2.204 and cannot recreate the error you mention. There must be something else about your configuration that makes the JomSocial module fail.

I too am getting the same error reported to me by my users. I personally have never had it and it seems to only happen 'Every now and then'

I am using the current version of Kunena, Joomla & Jom Social

Still getting the error, I have also had it happen to me now and it seems to last for about 10 minutes and then works perfectly.

it is completely random, any browser, any version , any time, any user.

The error has also disappeared and now just loads a white page, but there is no error being logged.

It only happens when users select 'Since Last Visit'

Does anyone have any idea???

May I ask (although this may have no bearing on the solution), what Kunena template are you using?

Yup, same as here with a few colors modified.

As storm99 has said, if you disable the avatars from jomsocial, the error disappears.... So I guess it has something to do with that???

I have (had) now the same problem as discussed before.
I'm saying "now" because with Joomla 1.5.14, Jomsocial 1.2.206 and Kunena 1.5.4 all worked fine for me. Weird, I know?! But it's true. Then I updated to Kunena 1.5.5 and had the same crash in the "my discussions" tab you discussed here before.
In order to fix the problem I tried some changes in the Kunena settings.
I found out, that there is another solution to avoid a crash without disabling the Jomsocial avatar!
If you go to the statistics settings in Kunena and turn the statstic for "online Users" off, Kunena doesn't crash and you can use the Jomsocial avatars, Online Status is still shown and the my discussions tab works fine.
But there are some more problems with Kunena and Hello Me. After the "update" to 1.5.5 PM doesn't work anymore with Jomsocial and if you show your status in the Hello Me Modul you can't change it while you are in the Forum. This problem disappears in the moment you leave Kunena and klick on another site of the community page.
Does anybody know this problem?
