Question Forum Tab doesn't appear in CB 1.2.1

Hey sozzled,

when I opened the forum today, the tab was there! I can't believe it! After I uninstalled CB - and recognized that nothing changed I was frustrated and stopped working on it for 3 days. And now, all of a sudden, there it is!

The problem is solved, but unfortunately, we'll never get to know its cause...

Hi, i looked into the forum and no answer was found..but i have the same issue

My site is working fine, the only problem is i tried a "kunena tab" because i was trying to integrate Kunena with CB, as you know, i didnt have to download the tab, but when i realized this, the tab was already installed, the problem is that the tab dosent worked, so I UNINSTALL IT.

Now my site is fine, and works great, but the uninstall of the kunena tab, delete all forum tabs in CB Profile..

Where can i found a TAB to install it in my site or?

How can i get my tab back, its not a configuration prob, well there no TAB related to the forum, so pls help.

Sorry about my english. And pls Im just looking for a tip, do i have to reinstall, nobody have a similar issue?

Where did you get this extra "Kunena tab" you refer to? Who supplied it? Who said you needed it?

Community Builder 1.2.1 comes with everything you need as far as Kunena is concerned. There's nothing else to download, no other options to add in. I realise there's a lot to digest but please read the points I've made and the links I've referred to in messages #21064 and #21230 above.

In addition to those things (and because AndyAMC stated in message #21230#21707 that his problems were solved for some unexplained reason) have you also gone to Tools » Global Check-In at your Joomla backend? Sometimes CB plugins need to be "checked-in" before they work. It's either that or it's time to improve your voodoo skills!

About who tell me, im a fool i dont read, i just found it and i thought that would help in the integration of CB, but it was no compatible because i have the latest version of kunena and CB, so its useless,

And here is the problem, as it was useless i uninstall the tab, and the regular tab also went away.

I think maybe if i uninstall al CB, and i reinstall it it would fix my problem, and as i was reading, this dosent affect my site, am i Right? (sorry about my english by the way)

This forum and kunena its great works great¡¡, my question was only if there isnt any kunena tab for the latest version that i can download, but i guess is useless as it came already with the original version.

I think if you uninstall CB, then reinstall it, you might have a bit more success. Don't add anything extra until you've made sure you have Kunena working properly. It's really simple!
