Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.
This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.
The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

Following on from work I did yesterday on a
Kunena Most Replied-To Threads
module, I've now modified the Most Popular Threads module (V 1.2) which is available for download at my site. The modification includes the ability to generate links in Kunena's SEF form.

As a result of work I did last night and this morning with
Kunena Most Replied-To Threads
module,I discovered that this module would not work if it was published on a page other than the Kunena forum page. The latest modifications (V 1.3) allow this module to be published on any page(s).

The software that I originally wrote over 3 years ago was designed and developed for K 1.5.4 and the installation kit (which can still be downloaded from k15.quoroom.com.au/downloads/Kunena/mod_kunena_popular.zip/ ) contains the source code that can be modified or updated if people have a desire to continue to work with it.
Discussion on the wishes of some people to have a "Kunena Popular" module, like the one discussed in this topic, has been revived in more recent times and people can see my later responses here:
