Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category contains miscellaneous, uncategorised user contributions, (templates, modules, plugins and hacks) relating to older versions of Kunena that are no longer supported.

This category may also contain a few topics relating to K 1.6 that may have been moved here possibly by mistake.

The topics in this category are for historical interest only. Owing to the structural differences between K 1.6 and K 1.7, these ideas in these topics will not work with later versions and, for that reason, the topics are locked.

We are looking at taking many features from JoniJnm edition to official Kunena releases.

Unfortunately many hacks will be useless in Kunena 1.6 as underlaying code will change too much. To get the features to work, we need to port everything to the new API/platform.

MasterScript, I will fix it (and the user's avatar) in v1.3.11.

Nauman, i'm working on a new kind of installation, using zip files (after the installation they will be unziped), the problem is (I think) use "<folder>" in the xml file.

I will update always my edition, but if I don't do it there is not any problem because I don't change the database estructure, so you can always install the oficial kunena.

I removed shoutbox, but I have just do a new shoutbox ( kide shoutbox ), you can install it and publish the module in the position "kunena_top".

You can use all templates, but maybe some plugins wont showed because you have to edit some files (message.php, view.php, ect)

Thats Cool, Many of features from jonijnm must have in Kunena main installation.

As jonijnm is also now in Kunena Team, I hope, things will improve, and we will see many features from jonijnm edition, in kunena

Hi is me again

for the Thanks plugin, after I press thankyou, "username has thanked" shows immediately by AJAX, but when I refresh the page, I cannot see that message but the "Thanks received" is increased by 1.

And I have some problems in the admin panel
after my server has turned off the magic_quote_gpc, the forum plugin setting page become like this:

Joni, en esta nueva version no registra la actividad de kunena en Joomsocial.
Basicamente es el unico error que le he encontrado. Me gusta mucho el nuevo template!!
