Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Thanks for reply. I tried debug mode and get no errors. I upgraded uddeim to 2.2, no other plugins are used.Oscarfishlover wrote: I don't know whether this will help or not but I had a similar problem when upgrading from 1.5 to 1.6 and it turned out to be an outdated plug-in, I suppose that is somewhere you could start looking. I'm sure someone else with a little more experience will help you.
Have also tried to uninstall and reinstalled my original version of 1.6.2, same blank page

Problem solved!
My hosts reently moved my site to a new server and failed to ensure that all the settings and software were transferred as well. Through searching I came across a reference to 'DOMDocument' and asked my hosts to activate it.
They installed php-xml on my server and installation proceeded normally, however no Domdocument appears in phpinfo, but at least it works now.
