That's good to hear. At this point we should close the topic as far as the "database problem" is concerned.

Yes, I've already talked about this earlier.

sozzled wrote: Your Kunena category links do not seem to be working at all. This is probably caused by a conflict in your Joomla menu. I suggest that you need to rebuild your Joomla menus again (see the "trash-burn-build" technique that we've talked about before here).

It's really easy to upgrade Kunena from K 1.5.13 to K 1.6.3 (it takes about 2 minutes) but it may take some people several hours (or days) to prepare their website before that perform that 2-minute activity. If people don't do the preparation they can encounter a lot of problems ... and this is an example of a few of those of problems that people may encounter.

(1) Incompatible modules
(2) Out-of-date Joomla and legacy mode
(3) Javascript library conflicts
(4) Joomla menu issues

I get a 404 error when I try to visit your forum. 404 Errors usually indicate problems with your Joomla menu. Can we please see your updated K 1.6 configuration report? Thank you

Kunena doesn't use any temporary tables, so that SQL query must come from somewhere else.

It must be either a plugin or a module, but the only way to find out what is either to disable all of them one by one or search "DROP TEMPORARY" from your files..
