Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Interesting, I turned of the option in Global configuration for "Search Engine Friendly URLs" and all it working now.

Any idea why I have to do this?

It looks like that some of your menu items in your Joomla Main Menu are broken -- or missing (or you have 3rd party menu module -- maybe template, which is not upgraded to latest version). 404 errors have nothing to do with Kunena, they are generated by Joomla router which didn't find menu item matching for the request.

Turning SEF off helps, as after that all menu items contain component..

Thanks Matias,

That makes sense, I am using a rockettheme template for the site which gives an option to have suckerfish menu's in the template, you just select the menu u want i to use. I suspect that is probably what is causing the problem.

OK. Then try this:

Go to menu manager and Kunena Menu. Choose to copy everything into your main menu.

It should solve your issues and give nice dropdown menu for Kunena.
