Question Kunena 1.7 not showing on webpage nor controls on backend. Help!

Would it be possible to post your configuration report, please? I don't know what is the cause of your problem but it sounds like you've got bigger problems than what you've described. What are you expecting, instead, to be in that "small white space" that seems to be at the bottom of your homepage? In other words, what have you assigned to occupy that position?

Since I am working on the server (and not locally) where could I access a config report? I have attached a file of the system info and the config for Joomla and a screenshot of the admin interface. In the meanwhile I will contact the server folks and see if they can obtain one and email it to me.

In that small white space is where I have Kunena pointed to appear on the homepage. Does it need to be on an internal page alone?

EDIT: An update on the status of this issue is that the site is currently offline because of matters that require the assistance of the webhosting provider. When those matters have been taken care of we may be able to move forward to see what's going on.
