Question [Resolved] Unexplainable Black Boxes

First of all this is no bloody game to me! As I stated, I asked my questions in the locations specified by my Google search on these topics in Kunena. YOU are the moderator and could have just as easily moved the comments to the Thread you wanted it displayed in rather than not answering the questions I have posed and complaining about the location the questions were appearing! You yourself asked questions relating to these issues in the very thread you are now complaining about me answering them in which makes no sense! All I did was click the link I received in email telling me you had responded and left my reply/questions!

All of this nonsense aside. Is there a solution to these two very specific issues?

Ahhh ... I didn't remember that you created yet another topic on this same subject. That now makes four different topics.

I'm sorry for the confusion but, as I wrote elsewhere, there have been a few unrelated issues all brought together and, as best we've tried to keep these matters separated we've evidently failed to be able to communicate.

So, in order to explain to everyone else what has been going on here, here's the story:

(Topic 1) This topic relates to a problem regarding "black boxes", where they may have come from and what to do about them. The invitation was made in the opening message that we could, if we wanted to, register at the user's website to see the problem at first-hand.

As a matter of policy, we do not register ourselves at users' sites. It's not our task to do that.

As we were unable to view the issues at first hand, my reply was the general My Joomla template is making a mess of Kunena If we'd had the information, that allowed us see the problem first hand, the answer would have been given two weeks ago.

For some reason, instead of continuing to use this topic, this question was repeated again in (Topic 2) Use a different editor? and the problem grew to include other problems that this user has had in dealing with a JoomlArt template; font colour, being the main one. Use a different editor? is a topic relating to the possibility of integrating a third-party editor to compose user messages; it has nothing to do with the "black boxes" issue. I also invited Wineblue2 to use My Topics to find the answers. While we are both writing English, it seems we are not properly able to communicate.

In addition to these [three] topics that Wineblue2 has used to ask questions about the "black boxes" (which I'd already answered), Wineblue2 asked the same question in yet another topic (Topic 4): Kunena 1.6 and JCE . I will leave it to others to decide how well we have conducted ourselves; I have tried my best to help.
