Would you like to remove the module (that works around the problem) first, please. Then I can see the site the way you started. Unless that's the way you want to display your forum page, of course, in which case there's nothing to fix.

I removed the spacer Module before I sent user details

Try this link removed.

With the spacer module (2 p tags & hr tag) published you can see the page display error anyway. When the page loads correctly the HR is down from the user menu and when the error page is loaded the hr mover up accordingly.

But I have un-published it.

Resolved by workaround
