Question Forum navigation disappears

Hi,

I am using kunena 1.6.

I created a menu and linked it to kunena > category index.

The problem I am having is that when I click the link the main navigation of the forum disappears.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Is there something specific I should link to bring a user to the category index without the navigation disappearing?

Thank you.

I'm still confused on how exactly I am supposed to fix this problem.

The solution is written in Customised Menus .

I think I'm going to have to make a video that shows people how to do this properly. Yes, I agree with you: the menu system in Joomla 1.5 is confusing; the menu system in Joomla 1.6 is not any easier, either. The problem is Joomla; the problem is not Kunena.

When you know how to do it, it's really easy (I can probably do it in 5 minutes). Explaining how to do it ... well ... that takes time. If you have the time, I can explain it to you for free. Do you have the time? If people would like us to fix their websites for them, that's OK - can be done for a simple fee - and we can save you the time.
