Hello!

I can not post new threads and new topic button is not working (in any template). I can register and browse categories, but after clicking "new topic" button I am redirected to kind of empty page of the template. How can I fix that? Any ideas?

G'day, Natalija, and welcome to Kunena.

I suggest that you trash and delete all your existing Kunena menu items and use the Kunena Create Menu facility to regenerate the Kunena menu again. Then you only should only need to publish the menu item again and everything should work. You might want to translate the menu tab text into your own language after that but let's try to get the menu working properly so that you can use the New Topic tab. OK?

No, you don't want to choose menu item type = Kunena forum/entry page

What you need to do is to choose menu type = Alias.

Unfortunately, Joomla has never been very easy when it comes to understanding the Menu Management issues. There is a tutorial on how you can setup menus (if you don't like the way that Kunena does things for you automatically): see Customised menus

See [Merged topic] Edit, hide, disable or translate menu items in K 1.6 (e.g. rules, help, search) . The menu tabs are just ordinary Joomla menu items (in the menu kunenamenu) and you can change the text by giving the items new names. It's really that simple!
