Will check other plugins tomorrow, although I am sure none of them are conected with showing any content on hover style (or how it is called).
Is there any chance for switching this feature off?

It is a test topic, the actual name is "Pārdodu - R.A.C.K. Load Bearing vest, SDS" text above it is the message......
Any specific suggestion for editing? I tried to delet latvian "ā" for topic, nothing changed...
Switching Hover text option off is not an option, I noticed its everywhere in backend for hints for admin in modules, plugins and components....

The problem appears to be that you have a plug-in called JoomThumbnail that is conflicting with the tooltips in Kunena. The plug-in does a sort of "search and replace" on the page as it loads and it's falsely identifying the title of your post as an image where it would auto-add a thumbnail. Kunena does this for images uploaded to the forum already so it has no use for Kunena. Try disabling that plug-in.
