Important User profiles edit problem

Hello, I have a problem with user profiles, the tabs are just empty so one can not edit the profile at all. I have tried to reinstall Kunena and also tried in different browsers, same problem... please help!

Maybe try to enable debug mode in Joomla! configuration panel and in Kunena configuration panel, to see if you have some errors.

I tried the debug mode but it stops the site from loading:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

More ideas anyone?

Be carefull with legacy mode and Kunena 1.6 : docs.kunena.com/index.php/Legacy_mode

I disabled legacy mode but the problem is still there. Thanks for trying to help.

That's important! When you discover what Joomla extension you have on your website that is causing this, you will probably also solve your Kunena problem when you remove that extension. Whether or not you isolate the cause of the conflict with Kunena, you already have something on your site that's conflicting with the normal running of Joomla.

A few questions for you to consider. Why did you need to run Legacy mode in the first place? What was the Joomla extension that you were running on your site that needed Legacy mode? Maybe you haven't completely eradicated that old J! 1.0 software?
