Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Smilies are not shown sometimes was created by Ratman
Hi all.

Don´t know if it is a bug... I have changed the default smilies with some of the "green smilies" from www.greensmilies.com and have added some more smilies too. I have recognized that sometimes the emoticons are shown as plain text, although most of the emoticons are shown as graphics.

It seems that this happens always when this steps will taken:
  1. open a new thread or make a new reply to an existing thread
  2. add a .jpg attachment and insert it
  3. after that insert one or more smilies
After that the .jpg attachments are shown in the post, the smilies are not.

yes i have noticed similar to this myself if you attach an image [img] after an attchment it is shown as text and not teh actual image.

Hello,

The fix will be in next RC or i can give your the instructions to fix it now :

  • Just replace the file components/com_kunena/lib/kunena.parser.php by this one :
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.
