The site I'm dveloping, and forums, are available in 2 languages. I use joomfish to change menulinks to direct people to the correct kunena section for their language. I also provide to submenu links to these sections.

The problem is that the new "kunena menu" section is screwing up all my formatting. Once you click on anything in Kunena it's taking itemids from kunenamenu, making my top menu highlight tab and submenu disappear. You can see what I mean here -

Any suggestions on how to get around this? I want the top (orange) menu and submenu to remain showing when navigating within Kunena.

then you will need to speak to them and see if they can help, but i suspect that it is a module and all you have to do is publish it to all teh kunena pages.

It's not a module, it's settings are set in the template parameters. It worked fine with Kunena 1.5, 1.6 breaks this through using a joomla-based menu system that conflicts with any existing menu system. A nice idea in theory I guess, but breaks templates like mine :(

joomlart support is pretty much non-existent, so guess I'll just have to see if I can come up with some other solution. :(

edit: i have looked at the code for your template and it should be possible to do what you want and when i manual move the code to the other pages (firebug) it works as expected :)

but without be able to look at the actual files i cant tell you exactly what code you will need to change.
