Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I know it is not a fault of kunena, but if i can understand how it works the upgrade i can solve my problem and also help ppl who use the multisite component like me.

the subsite got only views from the main site tables (all kunena tables) but the views are the old ones.

I tried to remove the row 1.7.1 from kunena_version table but during the component upgrade it says again I have already 1.7.1 installed like it is checking the version somewhere else. Are you sure the version check for the kunena installation package is only on kunena_version tables? or does it check also installed files in the component directory?

It's only checking version from #__kunena_version. Current version (the version to be installed) is hard coded into PHP.

solved!

The problem is related to the way kunena do the upgrades, so I found a solution on the JMS component where i can uninstall kunena in the slave sites, then do the upgrade and reinstall kunena on the slave site (in shared mode).
