Kunena 7.0.9 & Kunena 6.4.14 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.9 [K 7.0.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category is only for reporting defects or problems with Kunena 1.6 test versions with Joomla 1.6. This is NOT a support forum - there is no support for test versions. Users should NOT install K 1.6 alpha or beta test versions on websites with live production data.

Extract the russian language packs from kunena archive and install this two language packs (admin and site) with the Joomla! extension manager

In accuracy has executed your advice; has established (on a test site joomla 1.5.22) kunena 1.6.3, has taken from archive kunena-

ru-RU.com_kunena-admin.zip
ru-RU.com_kunena-site.zip

Also installed them in the normal fashion.. It does not work.
The same result.
I think, you and can make sure in it, having done simple experiment.


I remember, that similar was in kunena 1.6.1... That Russian worked, it was required in a file ru-RU.com_kunena.xml (is in archive language.ru-RU.zip) to remove this line:

<filename>ru-RU.com_kunena.tpl_skinner.ini</filename>

And installation passed ok.
Probably, here something similar?

P.S. And an another question.
At your forum I can not insert a code -

And at the forum (v.1.6.2 kunena) - I can. It too a problem 1.6.3?
