Question Forum post restriction

The "teaser" idea is not scheduled for inclusion in K 2.0 and is off-topic to this discussion.

If there will be some other friends who support and have willing for this feature, I am ready to contribute your excellent component But not by only my self

Enes: please use the topic Teasers - Read post titles without being able to read posts to continue this discussion. I only hope that this off-topic discussion we have had here does not confuse LukeDouglas who started this topic.

LukeDouglas: Please restore your Kunena configuration settings to their default values. Check if this solves your problem before you change any configuration setting. Use the Default icon (top right corner on the Forum Configuration control panel page in your admin. site).

Got everything setup the best way I can. Captcha is the only thing left to configure but what I have works fine for our needs. Thanks for the guidance.

i know this wasnt exactly asked here but what if you need this type permission setting:

Unregistered / registered, CAN read messages
Unregistered / registered CAN NOT START NEW TOPICS
All other joomla group levels CAN START NEW THREADS

I basically have a joomla group of (site employees or moderators)
and i want only THEM + ADMIN to be able to start new topics
while everyone else logged in can post replies
and of course unregistered can only READ messages
