Question Forum post restriction

I have a category in the Public Access area where I want unregistered users to be able to 'view' the forums but only 'All Registered' to be able to reply or create new topics. How can I achieve this?

If you don't change any settings in Kunena then guests can view your forum but only registered users can post messages. If your forum does not operate this way then you have probably changed something.

Please restore your Kunena configuration settings to their default values. Check if this solves your problem before you change any configuration setting. Use the Default icon (top right corner on the Forum Configuration control panel page in your admin. site).

Sorry my question is different... I just want to learn that unregistered users could see categories and topics but they shouldn't read inside of the topic and posts. They should only read category and topic names. Is that possible?

No, that is not possible to do this within the standard Kunena design at the present time. See Teasers - Read post titles without being able to read posts
