Question few fast question about new kunena 1.6

I saw there is a new kunena 1.6 so I wonder if those tricks are possible now:

Admin/moderator - diffrent text color by default (is there any chack to achieve it ?)?



Diffrent template for every subforum ?

-MAIN: (red template)

---KUNENA users (orange template)
|
---AGORA users (blue template)

And option for users to change template choosing one from the list ?



Kunena latest is working fine with 1.6 ?



Is there working Discusbot for 1.6 - (then you dont need comment system - you are using you forum for comments - there is something like COMENT ON FORUM substitute for ADD COMMENT - anyway it's almoust the same) ?



kunena 1.6 SEO - id of subject (topic) id of post + subjest title ?



User can change his default joomla language and it work also in (for) kunena ?


Use name not username (alpharegistration) ?


Oh and disable this new thing - category choosing. Post is added there where you write it.


I think those are all my needs for forum. I will be cool is some advenced user reply to this thread.

Kunena 1.6 has been in development since February this year and I wrote a continuing story of some of its new features over that time (see Kunena 1.6 - a moderator's view as a way of introducing users to what K 1.6 was all about.

Diffrent template for every subforum ? If, by the term "subforum" you mean category (see Sections, Categories, sub-Categories (Part 1) ) the answer is yes. See answer to your following question below

something like... u got 2 templates at a start (2 folders) DEFAULT and EXAMPLE. Can u make new one something like DARK KUNENA or COUNTER STRIKE STYLE and stick it to the category with all its difrent images and styles ?


After few test on kunena 1.6 I see you guys doing a MASIVE GOOD JOB with this forum and it is better and better. I will try suport you with my ideas all the time.

- u can do that - there is also "Synchronize Users" option - Update user names in messages - This option will reset all author names in posts to username or real name depending on your Kunena configuration. VERY HELPFULL!

There is only one problem, when u click on a profile, first thing u see is NAME and (USERNAME). When u use alpharegistration it change your USERNAME to an email - and now all kunena users can read each other emails. So there should be option to disable displaying USERNAMES/NAME in profile.

- kunena 1.6 is working fine with kunena latest 1.6 (but kunena latest 1.6 wont work with kunena 1.5 - its a new version for kunena 1.6 only). I know it's a litte bit tricky

And how to disable Subject place - i dont want to change subjest name by my users. There is "Allow Nickname on Posts" option to change their names and change of the subject is set by default to ON i want it OFF - it there any to do that (it would be nice to make such an option - like "Allow Nickname on Posts") ?

I would also like to know if there is option to move/import some categories/topics/ from forum on one page to the forum on the other page. off course bouth forums are the kunena 1.6.

for example:

FORUM 1 on www.rpg-games.de

i would like to move category strategy and all topis inside to the:

FORUM 2 on www.strategy-games.de

It is this possible ? Off course ID of the category and topic can be changeg - it's not a problem, i can accept that.

Fast reply to Msg #4 above: there is no Kunena option to move a message, or a collection of messages, from one website to another website.
