Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

Kunena 1.6 is perfect, but now I have big problem with spam. I installed and set captcha plugin from this site . But I have problem with text in picture. I always see JOOMLACAPTCHA. I can't use this captcha, because nobody can't add new topic or post.
Can me writte somebody where is problem? Thanks very much.

I just created a free reCaptcha plugin for Joomla 1.5

It is very easy to integrate it with Kunena 1.6

You can use it to replace the JCaptcha which can not protect you at all.

The plugin could be downloaded from

I have upgraded my reCAPTCHA plugin to V1.1 . Now it supports JComments also. I also put the integration file for Kunena and JComments inside the package. You can try if you like.

To deal with the users that got accounts before you started screening, you should be able to figure out which ones are making the spam posts and remove them from the list of users or just ban them from making posts.
