I got one step further: i found out that the issue is caused by a css-file (/templates/avalon/css/template.css). If I remove it, the dialog-box appears (but the layout is all messed up :-) ).

Can you attach that CSS-file so we can have a look and try to identify the line(s) causing the problem?

This is an attempt via GNU licensed stuff in order for them to use payed for support abit cheeky imo

1. Navigate to your rockettheme template control panel

2. Go down to BUILD TITLE SPANS under advanced.

3. Turn it off.

4. Problem solved way big secret. Now its here for the web to read like it should be.

If your rockettheme was made a year ago before the control panel then you should have a basic option for it in the config php whatever it was cant remember now.

quorox: I think I've found the cause of the problem. Apparently there are a number of known problems with Avalon Pro template and Kunena (as the results of this search show). Your best bet is to refer your enquiry the Joomlashack support forum. You paid for the template and therefore you're entitled to their support.

You may refer them to this discussion topic if you like. :)
