Kunena 7.0.2 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.2 [K 7.0.2] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

If the buttons are not present in your editor then you have installed or edited the kunena style sheet, or have another style sheet that does not work with your version of Kunena. What template are you using?

Once you get around that issue then you can do as suggested and tell people where the preview buttons are - I had to tell a few people once and after that they started telling each other.

Moving the buttons to somewhere else, well I have no idea about that.

I'm using a custom Artisteer template. But I've just tried with the standard beez5 and atomic templates and this makes no difference.

Argent (RC3 - stable). The default one makes no difference either.

You're right! I understand your point. The preview buttons are not visible on the Argent (RC3 - stable) template - which was not written by the Kunena project but was designed for K 1.6.0. Please contact the author of that template for an update.

It's not a case of the buttons not being visible "enough"; in your case the buttons are not displayed at all.

I see that you've written that "the default one makes no difference either". Well, if that is so then it strikes me that something is problematic with your installation. These are my suggestions:

(1) Re-install K 1.7.2 on your system (you will not lose any data
(2) Restore your K 1.7.2 configuration back to the default values
(3) Use the Blue Eagle template
(4) Let us know if this changes anything.
