my users mention that they are having very hard time to get used to the new preview button. It's really something that they have used in all forums... please provide a module or plugin that would add a preview button and see how many downloads it will have :-)

The standard way to do it is to have a Preview button next to the Submit button, which would refresh the page and display the message along with the edit field. So the way Kunena does previews is superior since it's live without any refresh (on the bottom or side, depending on the width of your forum). That being said, the bbCode bar isn't the right place for a preview button so here's another option. It's quick and dirty, but maybe something on the side would work out well?

You're totally right. I had no idea the template could do that. Thank you.

That's it! A very good place.

Even if it's just text.

In my opinion, if u really do this way, the problem will be resolved.

Thanks in advance.

It would be very nice to see a "preview" option for folks to get to see their post before hitting submit. This would cut down on the number of "edited" posts.

This feature already exists - and using the search facility at this forum cuts down on the number of repeatedly-asked questions, too.

The second-last and third-last icons on the BBcode toolbar allow you to preview messages (as shown in msg #2 in this topic.
