Missing user was created by MattthewICN
Hi,

I'm trying to make a new user a moderator for a section in the Kunena discussion forum. He's enabled, confirmed and approved in Joomla and I can find him easily when I search there. However, I cannot find him when I search for him in the User Manager component of Kunena Forum. What am I doing wrong?

I can't find an answer in the Kunena FAQ and as far as I can tell, the Joomla and Kunena integration settings are correct.

Thanks

Matthew

Please upgrade to K 1.7.2 and I think this will fix your problems now and in the future.

Would the "Synch user" function help? I'm guessing the answer is no, as I presume you'd have already suggested it.

Thanks
