I have not seen the message "No permission to access this page" - I did not find any results when I searched the forum. Perhaps this is not the exact error message?
Without seeing your
Kunena configuration report, I am
guessing - and it's always very dangerous when people guess - a whole range of possible reasons why your guests cannot view the forum and the main one depends on the setting

Registered Users Only = Yes. But, if this is what you have, you should get a different message when guests try to access the forum: "Only community members can participate in this forum. You must register or log in to contribute."

The range of possibilities is probably large enough to write a complete book about how to use Joomla and I don't really have the luxury of that much time. So, this is a puzzle that I don't know how to help you solve because we don't have much in the way of reliable information about the misbehaving website.. One thing that I'm fairly confident about is that this problem is not caused by
Kunena (and it probably doesn't have anything to do with
Kunena, either). Sounds like an access control or file permissions problem. But, as I mentioned before, I'm
guessing.
